Realty firm Lodha Developers Ltd's existing land bank has the potential to generate approximately Rs 2 lakh crore in revenue in the coming years. The company has announced it will now invest less on further land acquisition to improve free cash flow.
In FY26, Lodha acquired 12 land parcels across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), Bengaluru and Delhi-NCR. These parcels are estimated to have a Gross Development Value (GDV) of Rs 60,000 crore — a significant jump from the Rs 23,700 crore GDV of 10 parcels acquired in FY25.
The company's revenue in FY26 grew by 21.02% to Rs 16,676.2 crore, while profit increased by 24.01% to Rs 3,428.2 crore.
